There is no option for visitors to our website to post comments as this feature has been disabled. You can use the “Become a member” function to enter personal data about yourself, which we need for your membership application.
How long we store your data
Your data will be stored as long as you are a member of the Circle of Friends. You can read about how membership of the Circle of Friends expires in our statutes.
What rights you have to your data
You can request an export of your personal data, including all data you have given us. You can also request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we need to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
The data will be sent to the Friends Board of Directors where it will be processed for the purposes of membership administration and communication with members.
